Defining health and safety test results

If you have selected Other in the Results Used field on Test Setup (PA48.1), use Test Results (PA48.2) to define test results for the health and safety test.

To define health and safety test results

  1. Access Test Results (PA48.2).
  2. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Test

    Select the test for which you are defining results. This is a required field.

    Code

    Type a code for the test result. This is a required field.

    Note: Define the codes sequentially in case you need to identify a range that will need follow up testing.
    Description

    Type a description for the test result code.

  3. Select the Add form function.
