Select the Delete line action and the Change form action for selected journal entries on Ledger Journal Control (ML45.1). – or – Use Define Ledger Journal (ML40.2) to inquire on the entry and select the Delete form action. |

You can delete a journal entry if it has a status of unreleased. Use this procedure to delete journal entries created in Multi-Book Ledger.
A journal entry must have a status of Unreleased before you can delete it. You can change the status of a Posted entry to Released. Unposting a journal entry Change the status from Released to Unreleased using Ledger Journal Control (ML45.1) or Batch Ledger Journal Control (ML146).
Caution:
After deleted, journal entries cannot be recovered.
