Example 4: Using Ledger Account Analysis to Display General Ledger and Multi-Book Ledger Data

There are four forms that let you view account and accounting unit information broken down by Multi-Book Ledger and General Ledger amounts.

To display Perform these steps
Year-to-date account balances broken down by Multi-Book Ledger and General Ledger amounts
  1. On Ledger Account Analysis (ML95.1), click the Account button to open Accounts (ML97.1).

  2. On ML97.1, click the Cur, Last button to open YTD Current Year vs. Last Year (ML97.2).

  3. On ML97.2, click the YtdML/GL button to openYtd Ml and Gl Actuals (ML94.1)

Follow-up task

  • To view period account information broken down by Multi-Book Ledger and General Ledger amounts, click the PerML/GL button and open Period ML and GL Actuals (ML94.2).

Year-to-date accounting unit balances broken down by Multi-Book Ledger and General Ledger amounts
  1. On Ledger Account Analysis (ML95.1), click the AcctUnit button to open Accounting Units (ML96.1).

  2. On ML96.1, click the Cur, Last button to open YTD Current Year vs. Last Year (ML96.2).

  3. On ML96.2, select the YtdML/GL button to open YTD ML and GL Actuals (ML94.3).

Follow-up task

  • To view period accounting unit information broken down by Multi-Book Ledger and General Ledger amounts, click the PerML/GL button and open Period ML and GL Actuals (ML94.4).
