Operator code

When you add a journal entry, Multi-Book Ledger assigns an operator code to the entry. The operator code is based on the user's login. Posting and reporting can be performed by operator code, providing a convenient control feature. The operator code can be viewed or printed on these:

Note: Select Select while your cursor is on the journal number to see an operator code in ML40.1, ML41.1, ML70.1, or ML75.1.
