Requirements date

A requirements date is the date selected on the rule that determines when the employee has met the requirements (defined on the rule) to begin service, accruals, allotments, and so on.

There is no field called "Requirements Date." Instead, you can use one of three possible dates for the requirements date: Date, Date User Field, or Calendar Date.
