Override

In many organizations, employees may have a reason to have a different balance that is different than the eligible group and plan that they should be enrolled in. Instead of creating a new plan for this employee, you have options to override a variety of tables for these select employees. You override by selecting a different rule table on the Employee Absence Plan Master (LP31.1) Override tables can be defined for both hours and earnings options. The following override tables can be defined:

  • Balance Limit

  • Accrual Limit

  • Carryover

  • GL Liability
