To terminate an employee using Employee Absence Plan Master (LP31.1)

  1. Access Employee Absence Plan Master (LP31.1).
  2. Select a Company and an Employee. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Absence Plan

    Select the absence plan from which you want to terminate the employee.

    Master End Date

    Type a new master end date.

    Accrual End

    You can also stop employee accruals from processing by entering a stop date in the Accrual End date field. This will allow the plan master to remain active but stop any accruals from being created.

  3. Perform change action.
