Retroactive accruals

Accrual plans with calculations or formulas that are based on hours worked will accrue amounts each cycle based on the employee service records present in the system for that cycle period.

If employees have not submitted their records or recorded their time correctly, the accrual amounts may be inaccurate. LP140 has the ability to recalculate accruals based on late time records or service records entered after the cycle is closed resulting in an accrual adjustment for the retroactive accrual amount due to the employee.
