Defining reason code and class relationships

Use the following procedure to assign reason classes to a reason code.

  • Difference between the two service (and reason) code and class relationship forms

To define reason code and class relationships

  1. Access Reason Code and Class Relationships (LP09.4).
  2. Select a reason code.
  3. Add the reason classes that will correspond with the reason code.
