Which forms should I use for creating event and service records?

If you use the Infor Payroll application, the Absence Management application automatically creates event and service records.

To link the Infor Payroll and Absence Management applications, you must enter a Service Code on Pay Code (PR20.4). Service code Defining service codes

If you do not use the Infor Payroll application you enter service and event information in the Absence Management application. You can enter this information manually using Employee Service Entry (LP53.1) or you can import the information from your third-party payroll application using a comma-separated value (CSV) file and Employee Service and Event Conversion (LP553).
