Assigning values to one attribute and multiple assets

  1. On AM23.1, click By Attribute to open Values by Asset Attributes (AM23.2).
  2. Specify attribute values.
    Attribute

    You must select an attribute and use the Inquire form action to display all the assets that exist in Asset Management in numerical order.

    Position To

    You can specify an asset number in this field to locate an asset that you will assign a value.

    Value

    You can define a value for any of the assets that display.

    Note: All the values must match the valid value ranges defined for the attribute.
