Using attributes in reports

The Lease Management application uses lease attributes in reports in one of these ways:

Note: Attribute lists group leases that are assigned the same attributes and attribute value ranges.

  • As a selection tool, to limit the leases included in a report to only leases that are members of an automatic or manual attribute list. You can select an attribute list with most of the Lease Management reports.

    Limit a report to include only leases that are members of an attribute list

    Specify the attribute list name in the List field of the report form.

    Note: Only automatic lists can specify an attribute sort order.

  • As a sorting tool, to generate a report in the sort order that you specified for the attribute list.

  • As user-defined fields providing additional information on leases on reports. Two Lease Management reports provide attribute information:

    • Lease Listing (LM221)

    • Lease Attribute Listing (LM223)
