Lease payment accrual

You can accrue the entire payment or the percentage rent portion of your lease payment. You can also accrue true payments on a quarterly or annual basis. In Invoice Creation, journal entries are sent to General Ledger instead of creating Accounts Payable invoices for all accrued payments.
