Adding non-lease components

Note: You can attach more than one non-lease component to a lease.
  1. Access Non-Lease Component (LM05.1).
  2. Define all the non-lease components. Use these guidelines to specify the field values:
    Active

    Select Y to indicate that the non-lease component is active.

    Code

    Specify a code to represent non-lease components such as insurance, tax, or maintenance.

    Description

    Specify a description of the non-lease component that you are defining.

    Company, Account

    You can select the company, and account to which you will debit the non-lease component expense. If you do not select this information on this form, then provide it when you add the lease.

    Activity, Account Category

    If you use Project Accounting, then you can select an activity, and account category to which you will debit the non-lease component expense. You can add or override this information when you add a lease.
