Assigning attribute values to a lease

Use this procedure to assign attribute values to specific leases in Lease Management. The values you define determine which leases are the members of the automatic lists you use for reporting.

To add values for user-defined lease attributes, you must define the attributes first. See Using Attribute Matrix attributes

Select Lease Attributes (LM23.1).
Specify the attribute values.

Company

Select the name of the lessor company.

Lease

Select the lease for attributes.

From Attribute Template

Select an attribute template for attributes of object type LEASE.

Position To

Specify an attribute name in this field to locate an attribute that you will assign a value.

Value

Select a value for any of the attributes that display.
