Walk Thru
If you track items by lot, serial number, or bin, the application automatically walks you through (Walk Thru) detail forms when you add the document. Walk Thru ensures that you complete the necessary information about the items involved in a transaction. If the detail forms are not complete when you attempt to release the transaction, you will receive an Out of Balance message.
What is the Out of Balance message?
The Out of Balance message occurs when the items issued do not have enough information. For example, if you issue an item that is tracked by serial number and do not specify the serial number, you will receive the Out of Balance message when you attempt to release the issue.
