Physical inventory

Physical inventory is the actual item quantity that is currently in stock at a location.

During a physical inventory assessment, you manually count all of the items in your location and then enter the values into the Inventory Control application. In addition to the stock-on-hand quantities, you can include on-order items in your physical inventory assessments.
