View and edit Employee, Position, Job Code, Supervisor and User field data that was interfaced from Talent Management or other third-party system. This will contain data for Applicants or internal candidate transfers and promotions.
LT28.1 - HRM Ethnicity Interface When HRM is the System of Record, the ethnicity information will be interfaced from TM along with the rest of the applicant data. When LT101 creates the Applicant record in PA31, this Ethnicity data will be updated to PA28 Applicant Ethnicity.
HR51 Contains data captured during normal processing.
