Infor Talent Science Interface to HRM

When HRM clients have the Infor Talent Science application, new hire information can be sent from TS to HRM. When TS is configured to send a web service message to HRM, it populates HRM Employee Interface (LT11.1) with the hire data. The HRM user runs the Update Program (LT101 or LT111) for Report selection 6 - Applicant to create the applicant on Applicant (PA31.1). The HRM user performs the Hire action on Hire an Applicant (PA52.4).

There are no configuration steps required in HRM to receive hire information from Infor Talent Science. The TS application requires configuration and setup to customize the web services. For more information, contact your TS Integration Engineer.
