Codes

Codes are used to group and define your organization's data. These codes provide consistency in tracking employee and applicant information. Codes are not specific to a company, so you can use the same codes for multiple companies.

There are 3 types of Codes in the Infor Human Resources system:

• HR Codes

• Country-Specific Codes

• User Fields
