Purging data from employee records

This procedure covers how to purge data for specific data items on employee records.

Caution: 
Purging data from employee records permanently removes the data. If you mistakenly purge data from employee records, you must re-enter the data.

To purge data from employee records

  1. Access Employee Audit Purge (HR125).
  2. Select the data items you wish to purge from employee records.
  3. Run HR125.
