Setting up Infor Process Automation for labor distribution lines approvals

You can use Infor Process Automation to approve labor distribution template lines. The Infor Process Automation service for labor distribution approval is triggered when a labor distribution template line is released on Labor Distribution Template Entry (GM10.2) or during Labor Distribution Mass Status Change (GM115).

For approvals using Infor Process Automation to work, you must perform these steps:

  1. Enable the Labor Distribution Approval (Lab Dist Appr) service in Infor Process Automation.
  2. Define the Lab Dist Appr criteria of HR company and PI in Infor Process Automation.
  3. Create a process. You can write your own or edit the labdistappr process template.
    Note:  Labor Distribution Template Approval (GM11.4) is the recommended form for approving distribution lines using Lawson Infor Process Automation.
  4. Upload the flow file to your server.
