Options for Inquiring on Commitments and Encumbrances

  1. Access GL Commitment Analysis Report (GL298).
  2. Use this form to create a printed report that summarizes accounting unit commitments and encumbrances and remaining budget amounts. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Report Type on the Main tab

    Select a report type:

    • Commitment Analysis (A)
    • Commitment Detail (B)
    • Actuals Detail (C)
    • Combined Detail (D)
    • Posted Budget Transaction Detail (E)
    • Budget Transaction Detail (F)
    • Historical Commitment Analysis (G)
    • Historical Commitment Detail (H)
    • Historical Combined Detail (I)
    Note: The Combined Detail report includes detail information on encumbrances, commitments, actuals, and budget transactions.
    Budget on the Other Options tab

    Type or select the commitment budget you want to report on.
