Options for Inquiring on Commitments and Encumbrances
- Access GL Commitment Analysis Report (GL298).
 - Use this form to create a printed report that summarizes accounting unit commitments and encumbrances and remaining budget amounts. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
           
- Report Type on the Main tab

Select a report type:
- Commitment Analysis (A)
 - Commitment Detail (B)
 - Actuals Detail (C)
 - Combined Detail (D)
 - Posted Budget Transaction Detail (E)
 - Budget Transaction Detail (F)
 - Historical Commitment Analysis (G)
 - Historical Commitment Detail (H)
 - Historical Combined Detail (I)
 
Note: The Combined Detail report includes detail information on encumbrances, commitments, actuals, and budget transactions. - Budget on the Other Options tab
