Gaming setup

The Gaming industry uses a standard organization structure and chart of accounts for accounting. A tab on GL160 loads a standard chart of accounts. The user only needs to enter a unique name for the chart being loaded in the chart name field. Another program loads a standardized organizational structure. This program allows multiple options in loading the organizational structure. The user may load the pre-defined divisions and departments, make modifications to the predefined organizational structure, or create their own organizational structure. The accounting unit interface program can then be run for the standardized organizational structure to load the data into the GLINAMES file.
