Setting up audit tracking

  1. Access System Codes Audit Flag (GL01.4).
  2. Select the Inquire form function to view your system codes.
  3. Scroll to the system code, for example, GL, CB, AC, BR, AM, LM and place your cursor on that line.
  4. Click Audit in the detail section.
  5. Select Yes in the Audit Flag field.
    Note: The Audit button is only displayed for system codes that require this flag to set auditing. Note that setting the GL System Code to Yes enables auditing for CA, CU, MX, RJ, RW, and FB. Some system codes are automatically enabled for auditing without setting a flag.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Click Change.
