Appropriate Funds - GL Journal Entries

Appropriate $15,000.00 Local Funding for Project (pre-funded).

GM20 will create the revenue entries for internal funding or non-grant funds.

Since internal funding is pre-funded revenue entries are created at the time the funding is assigned to the contract.

Deferred revenue will be posted to the contract level activity, as posting level is not know unit expenditure allocation.

Transfer from and transfer to entries are optional.
