Multi-Funded Project Space Mashup

The Multi-Funded Project Space mashup combines data and functionality from the Lawson Financial applications Project Accounting, Grant Management, and Accounts Receivable.

The Multi-Funded Project mashup brings data together from multiple products and combines them into a single role based dashboard giving you new views into the data. Bringing data together that belongs together.

The Multi-Funded Contracts view provides a quick view into the data and shows the Grant Manager how the status of funded projects. Grant Managers will have the ability to track the sources and uses of funding as well as determine current project funding levels or cash management on any one of the projects. You can identify projects where excess or underfunding exists, when expenditures exceed the requested, and project funding balances. Grant Managers can respond quickly or take action when any of these funding scenarios exist by transferring or adjusting funds when necessary, creating new projects for excess funding, cancelling underfunded projects, or generating pay requests.

This mashup also allows a manager to track the status of funding sources, available funding for the projects, grants, and other funding source balances, as well as a detailed view into the allocated expenditures, pay requests, and funding adjustments.

Alerts and charts have been built into the views to help identify funding status.
