Option 2: Defining a standard sales-based sliding scale

  1. Access Standard Sales Based Charge (FR05.1).
  2. Inquire on the desired sales-based charge.
    Note: Sliding scale overrides the Percent of Sales field on Standard Sales Based Charge (FR05.1).
  3. Select Sliding Scale to open Standard Sales Based Sliding Scale (FR05.2).
    Note: The upper limit is a sliding-scale monetary value that represents a range within which contract net sales for the cycle must fall in order for the charge at the associated charge percentage to be calculated.
  4. You can define the upper limit of the scale and a percentage used to compute the associated sales-based charge for each line (step level).
