Defining a sales calendar

If you are required to aggregate sales, then you must define a sales calendar where you store predefined dates that you use to record sales data. Use this procedure to define a sales calendar.

  1. Access Sales Calendar (FR00.3).
  2. To define sales entry dates that you associate with a customer-based calendar, use these guidelines to specify the field values:
    Company

    Select a company number for a company defined in the General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, and Billing applications.

    Year

    Select the fiscal year for the data stored on this record.

    Sales Dates

    Define the appropriate number of sales closing dates that you will use to record sales data.
