Options for inquiring on commitments and encumbrances

  1. Access GL Commitment Analysis Report (GL298).
  2. Use this form to create a printed report for commitment analysis. Use these guidelines:
    Report Type on the Main tab

    Select whether to print commitment analysis or commitment detail.

    Budget on the Other Options tab

    Specify or select the commitment budget that you will report.
