About order information default settings
You can assign order information as defaults at the most appropriate level and override the defaults at lower levels in the structure to accommodate special processing needs. This section offers a representative sample of default information.

Reading the figure from top to bottom, you can see the levels at which you can define a default listed from the highest possible level to the lowest possible level. Reading the figure from top to bottom, you see the order in which the application searches for the default.
Some fields on the order form default from only one place. This table outlines where the information defaults from and if you can override the information on the order form. If you do not define defaults at these points, then you must define the information each time you specify a customer order.
