Copying part of a previous or standard order

You can choose specific items from a previous or standard order to copy to a current order. This procedure explains how to copy part of an order.

Before you can copy an order from a standard order, you must create a standard order. See Creating a standard order.

  1. Access Item Entry (OE10.3) and add the order header information.
    Note: If you directly transfer from Item Entry (OE10.3) to the scan form, your header information defaults onto the scan form.
  2. Access Previous Order Scan (OE10.7) to copy a standard order.
    Note: Alternatively, you can access Standard Order Scan (OE10.6) to copy a previous order.
  3. Select the standard or previous order number.
  4. Select the Inquire form action.
  5. Select the items and quantities to add to your order.
  6. Select the Change form action.
  7. Access Item Entry (OE10.3) and inquire on the order you created.
  8. Release the order.
