Fulfilling customer orders

After a customer places an order, you fulfill that order through the Lawson Warehouse application. This chapter explains how to allocate inventory, process the shipment, and ship inventory to the customer.

Before you can fulfill a customer order, you must release the order. The customer must also pass a credit check, it if is performed. See Entering customer orders.
