Eligibility of an invoice for printing

An invoice must have the status of edited to be eligible for printing. This status is assigned in one of two ways, based on whether the Invoice Edit Print step is required for a company.

• If the Invoice Edit Print step is required, then you can update an invoice as edited using Invoice Print Edit Report (BL121).

• If the Invoice Edit Print step is not required, then you can release an invoice to update it directly to the edited status.
