About updating subsystems with invoice information

You can run Subsystem Update (BL123) to update the Sales Analysis, Accounts Receivable, Project Accounting, and General Ledger applications for reporting and posting.

The Order Entry Distribution OEDIST (for UNIX/Windows) or DBBLODI (for IBMi) file is updated and used by GL Distribution Report (BL293) to list journal entries created by the system. The journal entries that are created in detail are for:

• Sales, Discounts

• Freight

• Inventory (for returns)

• Miscellaneous Charges

• Sales Tax

• Cost of Goods Sold

• Accounts Receivable
