Understanding record statuses

Understanding what the valid record statuses are can be helpful in the Data Verification Toolset process. See this table for information on the record statuses that are valid for the database files involved:

CUSTORDER (for UNIX and Windows)

DBOECOR (for IBMi)

1 = Unreleased

2 = Released

8 = Canceled

9 = Ready for Purge

COLINE (for UNIX and Windows)

DBOECOL (for IBMi)

0 = Needs Cleanup

1 = Unreleased

2 = Released

8 = Canceled

9 = Ready for Delete

REQHEADER (for UNIX and Windows)

DBRQRQH (for IBMi)

0 = Unreleased

1 = Released

8 = Rejected

9 = Processed

REQLINE (for UNIX and Windows)

DBRQRLN (for IBMi)

0 = Unreleased

1 = Released

8 = Rejected

9 = Processed

WHDEMAND (for UNIX and Windows)

DBWHWDM (for IBMi)

0 = Unreleased

1 = Released for Processing

WHSHIPMENT (for UNIX and Windows)

DBWHWHS (for IBM i)

0 = Printed

1 = Picked

2 = Packed

3 = Shipped

4 = Released

5 = Closed

WHSHLAUD (for UNIX and Windows)

DBWHWHA (for IBMi)

0 = Printed

1 = Picked

2 = Packed

3 = Shipped

4 = Released

5 = Closed

WORDER (for UNIX and Windows)

DBWOWOR (for IBMi)

1 = Unreleased

2 = Released

3 = Exploded

4 = In Production

8 = Canceled

9 = Completed
