Period of changing information

There are times when it is too late to change information. For example, after you release the order, you cannot change the order type. Also, after you create a shipment, by printing a pick list, you cannot change item quantities or delete a line. However, you can delete a shipment then go to the order to change quantities or delete lines.

You can also correct price, tax, and terms before printing the invoice. To make these changes:

  1. Delete the invoice using Released Invoice (BL92.1) then make any of these changes:
    To change Use
    Price, tax, or terms OE10
  2. Run Daily Shipment Journal (OE129) to re-create the customer invoice using the original invoice number.
