About printing invoices and credit memos

Note: If the Run Invoice Edit option was selected at the company or process level during Billing setup, then the Invoice Print Edit Report (BL121) is a required step before you can print invoices.

When you print invoices and credit memos, the invoice process in the Billing application is final. After you print, you can no longer maintain the invoices and credit memos.

The Billing application only prints invoices and credit memos that are in a released status. If invoices or credit memos are in an unreleased status, you must release them before printing. You may also be required to run Invoice Print Edit Report (BL121) before you can print invoices and credit memos. BL121 lets you view invoices and credit memos one last time before you print them.
