About changing information on an existing order

You can change information at the header level (for all new lines) or the individual line level on an existing order. On each form for entering orders, you can click Order Options or Line Options to change order information.

At the order and line level, many of the options are similar. You can add comments or add-on charges after you add an order. Or you can change information such as ship-to addresses, hold codes, item discounts, and purchase order details.

If you want to change certain information on lines of one or more existing unreleased orders, then you can run a program to automatically make the changes you requested. See Options for changing order information.
