Troubleshooting a failed authorization

If the authorization fails, then try one of these methods:

  1. Attempt to enter a new EP account for the customer, for example try using a different credit card.
  2. Cancel the order.
  3. Specify a check number as downpayment on the customer order.
  4. Send the customer order as unpaid to Accounts Receivable for regular billing.
