Work schedule

The work schedule is used to define key contract dates.

The work schedule defines and maintains the work and date details in a contract. A work schedule in the Contract Pay Administration application determines these information:

• Contract start and end date

• First and last work day of the contract

• Computes the total number of days to be paid under the contract based on the day code pay status

• Identifies the first pay cycle end date and pay cycle load frequency used to compute the number of pay cycles for payout calculations

• Standard number of hours per day

• Paid days each period of the contract

• Earned days each period of the contract

• Days remaining and days worked
