Defining user fields

User fields are fields that you define with any information you want. These fields are used in both the employee’s base contract and supplemental assignments. This procedure outlines the process of defining user fields.

  1. Access Employee Contract User Fields (CW13.3).
  2. Define alphanumeric fields on the Alpha tab. You can define up to 12 fields.
  3. Define numeric fields on the Numeric tab. You can define up to 12 fields.
  4. Define date fields on the Date tab. You can define up to 12 fields.
