Optional procedure for creating a manual list

You can convert an automatic list to a manual list. You can use an automatic list as the starting point, which can be a time saver, and still gives you the flexibility of adding or removing individual activities.

Note: This procedure is irreversible. You cannot convert a manual list back to automatic.
  1. Access List (MX10.1) and select the list that you will convert.
  2. Click New List to access Define List (MX10.2)
  3. Click Manual List to access Manual Cash Code List (CB01.6).
  4. Click Convert to Manual on Manual Cash Code List (CB01.6) to convert the automatic list to a manual list.
