Option 1: adjusting current balances

Note: You can run Bank Account Balance Update (CB99.1) only once to adjust bank account balance information, after you convert non-Lawson bank transactions on Bank Transaction Interface (CB500).
  1. Access Bank Account Balance Update (CB99.1).
  2. Inquire on the cash code that you will adjust the current balances.
  3. Use these guidelines to specify the field values:
    Open Balance

    Specify the current balance of all outstanding (unreconciled) transactions for the bank account.

    Reconciled Balance

    Specify the current balance of reconciled transactions for the bank account.
