Cost Allocation Audit Analysis

Cost Allocation Audit Analysis (CA91) is a menu that allows you to transfer to these forms:

  • Cost Allocation Definition Audit

  • Cost Allocation Detail Audit

  • CA Allocation Code Definition Audit

  • CA Allocation Code Detail Audit

  • CA Allocation Group Audit

You can use the Filter button in each form to limit the number of records that are displayed. Each form also has a listing of the audit records. A detail section displays the field changed for the highlighted detail line and contains both the old and the new values.

Cost Allocation Definition Audit

The Cost Allocation Definition Audit (CA91.1) form has three parameter fields Company, Allocation Name, and Allocation Type and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to CAHEADER on CA10.1, CA10.2, CA10.4, CA10.6, CA10.7, CA15.1, CA15.2, GL110, and GL500.

Cost Allocation Detail Audit

The Cost Allocation Detail Audit (CA91.2) form has three parameter fields Company, Allocation Name, and Allocation Type and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to CADETAIL on CA10.1, CA10.2, CA10.4, CA10.6, CA10.7, and GL110.

CA Allocation Code Definition Audit

The CA Allocation Code Definition (CA91.3) form has one parameter field Allocation Code and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to ACHEADER on CA05.1, CA05.2, and CA160.

CA Allocation Code Detail Audit

The CA Allocation Code Detail Audit (CA91.4) form has one parameter field Allocation Code and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to ACDETAIL on CA05.1, CA05.2, and CA160.

CA Allocation Group Audit

The CA Allocation Group Detail Audit (CA91.5) form has one parameter field Allocation Group and a Filter button. It displays information about changes made to CAALLOCGRP on CA00.1 and CA00.2.
