Modifying Additional Information for a Contract
You can modify the additional information for a contract after it has been created. Any modifications must be approved on Contract Modifcation Approval (BR10.8) before they are reflected on Additional Contract Information (BR10.4).
To modify additional information for a contract
- Access Contract Modification (BR10.5).
- Select the contract for which you want to modify the additional information and select the Load special action to load the previous information.
- If you want to change an existing modification, select the modification in the Modification field and use the Load or Inquire action. If you want to create a new modification, enter a modification name, description and modification date.
- Select the modifications needed in the appropriate fields on the Periods, Cost, or Hours tabs. Select the add or change form action to save modifications.
- Select Attribute from the Cost tab to modify a user-defined attribute using Contract Attribute Modification (BR10.7). Select the add or change form action to save modifications.
- Approve the modification on Contract Modification Approval (BR10.8). After approval, the modified values are available on Additional Contract Information (BR10.4).
