Defining a Contract Status

Statuses are used on Product Contract (BR51.1). Once a contract status code has been assigned to a contract, the status code cannot be deleted.

To define a contract status

  1. Access Contract Status (BR30.1).
  2. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Status

    Type or select a unique identifier for the status.

    Description

    Type a description for the status.

  3. Select the Add form action to create the status.
