Defining attribute templates (AC/BR/GB)

You can use attribute templates to immediately and consistently assign values to user-defined attributes to activities. Use this procedure to define a new attribute template and to associate that template with an object type.

You must define attributes first before using them in a template.

  1. Access Attribute Template (MX05.1).
  2. Click New Template to access Define Template (MX05.2). Use this sub-form to define a template. Specify this information:
    Object Type
    Template

    Specify a template name and provide a description.

  3. On Template (MX05.1), define the attributes and values in the template. Specify this information:
    Attribute

    Select the attribute or attributes to include in the template.

    Value

    For each attribute, specify or select a value.
