Defining Additional Contacts for Contracts

Set up and maintain additional contacts for an activity group and contract on Customer Contacts (BR14.1). The contact names you enter on this form are in addition to the contact name defined for the customer on Customer (BR11.1).

To define additional contacts for contracts

  1. Access Customer Contacts (BR14.1). You can access this form directly or choose Contacts on the Main tab of Contract Parameters (BR10.1).
  2. Select Activity Group and/or Contract to add additional contacts and select the Inquire form action.
  3. Define additional contact information. Use the following guidelines to enter field values:
    Contact

    Type a customer contact code identifying the customer contact.

    Name

    Type the contact name.

    E-Mail

    Type the contact e-mail address.

    Telephone

    Type the telephone number, international prefix and extension of the contact. The first field is free format to accommodate a variety of telephone number formats.

    Fax

    Type the fax number and fax extension of the contact. The first field is free format to accommodate a variety of facsimile number formats.

    Notes

    Type useful additional data relative to the contact.

  4. Click the Address button to type a contact mailing address on Address (BR14.2).
