Adjusting Revenue Amounts At the Transaction Level
You can view and adjust revenue transactions on Revenue Billing Adjustment (BR40.1). When you adjust revenue amounts, you can put transactions on hold, write transactions up or down for billing, or transfer transactions from one activity to another. This procedure describes how to adjust transactions when revenue has been recognized.
Note: After you calculate activity revenue, use the report
to check revenue balances. If you need to adjust revenue amounts based
on the following procedure, you will need run BR130 again to update
activities with the new revenue calculations. Run Activity Posting (AC190) and Accounting Unit Balance Post (AC191) or run Activity Posting (AC190) with the Post Acct Unit Balances field set to Yes to post transactions for revenue
recognition.
